Lecturer in Global Mental Health

Department: Health Services & Population Research, King's College London 

The Health Service and Population Research Department is based at the Denmark Hill Campus in South London. HSPR is outward looking, providing leadership and coordination for collaborative networks hosted in the Department but working across King's College London and with our local NHS Trusts (King's Health Partners), and with many institutions worldwide. We are looking to recruit an academic to provide educational leadership for the department's flagship Masters programme in Global Mental Health. They will develop and deliver content, monitor best practice and co-ordinate teaching, respond to student feedback and queries, supervise dissertations and oversee marking. In addition, the individual should have a track record in conducting Global Mental Health research, published in high-quality peer-reviewed journals. As a successful researcher, the post holder will apply for, co-ordinate and manage research grants. The research work will be with the support and under the supervision of Professor Araya.

The salary will be paid at Grade 7, £45,259 to £53,355 per annum, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance.

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.

This is a full-time post.

The selection process will include a presentation and a panel interview.
