Research and Policy Project Lead, Alzheimer's Disease International

Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer

Main purpose of the job: Lead ADI’s input into the STRiDE project on dementia in seven middle-income countries led by the London School of Economics and Political Science. Oversee and execute the implementation of all elements of the project relating to ADI and its members. The position is full-time, for a fixed term of four years, based in the ADI office in London, although it requires extensive travel. The position may be offered on a 4 days week basis should the successful candidate require additional oversight (which would be provided by a supervisor). Candidates should expect to start in the position by January 2018.

Health Improvement Project Zanzibar (HIPZ), a UK charity established in 2006, has created a unique model of healthcare delivery in Zanzibar. Through an innovative collaboration with the Government of Zanzibar, HIPZ endeavours to strengthen the services provided in two rural hospitals.

HIPZ is seeking an experienced, motivated individual with a track record of overseeing the delivery of large projects and capacity building in low resource health settings.
