Administrator in Global Mental Health

The department of Health Service & Population Research, Kings College London is looking for a highly motivated Administrator in Global Mental Health.

The successful applicant will perform a crucial role in supporting two large international research programmes with partners in USA, Zimbabwe, Malawi, South Africa and Ethiopia. The role will include a variety of activities to facilitate the smooth running of the projects, including travel coordination, preparing news articles to increase the visibility of both projects, liaising with international stakeholders and budget management.

The post would suit either a person from an administrative background looking to diversify their experience into global mental health, or a person considering a career in research, health or international development sectors. The post holder will have the opportunity to develop skills through contributing to research outputs and programme reporting.

The salary will be paid at Grade 4, £27,994 - £30,248 per annum (pro rata), inclusive of £3,223 per annum (pro rata) London Allowance.

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 21 months. This is a part-time post - 60% full time equivalent, 21 hours per week.
