The Programme to Improve Mental Health Care (PRIME) research programme consortium aims to implement and evaluate mental health care services in 5 low- and middle-income country districts. After six years, two earthquakes, a petrol embargo, and countless changes of government, the PRIME-Nepal team is ready to report on its experiences with implementation in Chitwan District.
