CHANCES project starts with meeting in Bogota, Colombia

The CHANCES project has started with a successful and exciting initial meeting in Bogota, Colombia. 

The project 'CHANCES: Poverty reduction, mental health and the chances of young people: understanding mechanisms through analyses from 6 low- and middle-income countries', is led by Professor Sara Evans from the London School of Economics, and Professors Araya, Lund, and Avendano from King's College London are also involved in this ambitious project that involves six countries in Africa and Latin America. The project involves multidisciplinary collaboration of psychologists, economists, demographers, social scientists, epidemiologists, psychiatrists, and statisticians.
