Prabhkeerat Kaur Dhillon

Prabhkeerat holds a Master’s in Public Health with a specialisation in Health Administration from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, where she was recognised for academic excellence with a gold medal. She began her career in healthcare and pharmaceutical consulting, working with ZS Associates, before finding her calling in research and academia. Her work centers on youth and community mental health, with published research in the area of psychological resilience. Based at Sangath (an NGO focusing on mental health) in Goa, she is currently supporting the rollout of a pilot of MeWeSports, a sport-based life skills program that equips adolescents to make informed decisions about substance use. Her research interests include adolescent mental health, women’s mental health, occupational mental health, and use of AI and technology in mental health.
