Project Administrator, Life2years research project

Collaborating with six organisations in Peru, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Dominican Republic and China, this research project requires a project administrator capable of working to deadlines, and who wants to be part of a team, working in a dynamic and global environment.

The postholder will be responsible for all the administration aspects involved in assisting with the smooth, and efficient running of the project. Liaising with external parties and agencies, you will require superb budgetary and finance skills, management skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with collaborators, and third parties, so excellent command of English is a necessary requirement.

Experience of managing extensive overseas’ travel arrangements, co-ordinating large-scale meetings (both in the UK and overseas) is needed, and experience of processing invoices and expenses, as well as being capable of managing competing demands.

The salary will be paid at Grade 4, £24,285 - £25,728 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.

This post will be a fixed-term contract until 31st July 2019.

This is a full-time time - 100% full time equivalent.
