Collaborating with four organisations in Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, South Africa & Sierra Leone, this research project requires a project administrator capable of working to deadlines, and who wants to be part of a team, working in a dynamic and global environment.

The post holder will be responsible for all the administration aspects involved in assisting with the smooth, and efficient running of the project. Liaising with external parties and agencies, you will require superb budgetary and finance skills, management skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with collaborators, and third parties, so excellent command of English is a necessary requirement.

Experience of managing extensive overseas’ travel arrangements, co-ordinating large-scale meetings (both in the UK and overseas) is needed, and experience of processing invoices and expenses, as well as being able to capable of managing competing demands.

The salary will be paid at Grade 4, £24,285 - £26,495 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.

This post will be a Fixed Term Contract for 13 months or until the return of the substantive post holder.

This is a full-time post - 100% full time equivalent.
