Ruchika completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science at Queen’s University, Canada and went on to do her Master of Science in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in 2017. Since then, Ruchika has worked at various universities, international organisations and charities across the world. Ruchika's ultimate career aim is to co-design and implement interventions aimed towards improving mental health outcomes among vulnerable populations.
