CGMH Congratulates Professor Tatiana Salisbury

The Centre for Global Mental Health warmly congratulates Professor Tatiana Salisbury on her promotion to Professor of Global Mental Health and Design.

Tatiana is Co-Director of the Centre for Global Mental Health, Director of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Research and Training in Mental Health at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at KCL, and Trustee of the Global Alliance for Maternal Mental Health.  She currently holds a UKRI Future Leader’s Fellowship where her work blends human-centred design, systems thinking and implementation science to develop scalable and sustainable solutions for adolescent mental health in sub-Saharan Africa. In response to her promotion, Tatiana shared:

“It is an amazing honor and privilege to achieve the rank of professor. This is not just a personal milestone, but one I share with my mentors, colleagues, research team and family. Their support has made this possible. I look forward to continuing to push the field of Global Mental Health forward and building capacity for mental health research and implementation.”

Tatiana will deliver her inaugural lecture at King’s College London in spring 2027, with further details to follow. Stay tuned for updates.
